The WTA announced the entry list for the 2026 Hong Kong Tennis Open on October 8, with Zheng Qinwen and Wang Xinyu both listed as direct entrants. The WTA 250 is on Victoria Park's outdoor hard courts, with round one November 2.
Shnaider and Paolini are also listed. The published list provides information about the prospective field, but matchups have not yet been set. The draw on October 31 will determine first-round opponents and which half of the draw each player occupies.
